Ordering & Production
Q. How do I place an order with Jainee D.?
A. You can place an order directly through our website, or reach out to us on email. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your 25-day production window begins.
Q. Is everything made-to-order?
A. Yes. Every single piece at Jainee D. is made-to-order. This ensures your garment is made as per the size chart which is mentioned on each product page.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Our production window is 20-25 days from the date of confirmed payment. Delivery time will be additional based on your location. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Q. Can I customise a design or request something specific?
A. Yes, customisation is one of our key offerings. We recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can understand your requirements and guide you accordingly. Depending on the scope of the customisation, additional charges and production time may apply. Final feasibility, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed after a consultation.
Q. Do you take orders for weddings and special occasions?
A. Yes, and we love it! For bridal or large occasion orders, we recommend placing your order at least [16-21 weeks] in advance to allow for fittings, adjustments, and delivery.
Measurements & Fit
Q. How do I know my measurements?
A. Our sizing has been thoughtfully designed keeping Indian body types in mind, making it easy to find your ideal fit. Detailed size charts for both tops and bottoms are available separately on each product page. If you're unsure about your size, feel free to reach out to us—we'll be happy to help you choose the right fit.
Payment
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept [UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Bank Transfer]. Full payment is required at the time of placing the order to begin production.
Q. Do you accept advance/partial payments?
A. No, we do not accept advance or partial payments. Full payment is required upfront before production begins.
Q. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
A. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or partial payment options. As all garments are made to order and production begins upon order confirmation, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Q. Do you ship across India?
A. Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, but there will be an additional cost for this. Please keep us informed regarding this as soon as the order is placed.
Q. How will my order be packaged?
A. Your Jainee D. garment will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Q. Can I change the shipping address?
A. Since production begins immediately, we're unable to accommodate address changes after the order is placed so please double-check your address before confirming
Cancellations & Returns
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note the refund will be credited back in your credit note which should be utilized in next 2 months.
