Production Time
Standard production window: 20-25 days from the date of confirmed payment
Production begins only after full payment (or the required advance, as applicable) has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Shipping Time
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched via our trusted courier partner.

Delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 cities and towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges
Every Jainee D. order is dispatched with complimentary standard shipping. Should you have a specific delivery date in mind, we kindly ask you to reach out to us ahead of time, this allows our team to carefully coordinate both the making and the movement of your garment. If express delivery is required, a nominal charge of ₹500 applies, which will be visible at checkout when selecting your delivery preference.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via [SMS / email ]. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Important Notes
• Jainee D. is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Cancellation Policy

At Jainee D., every garment is made-to-order exclusively for you. This means we begin preparing your order as soon as payment is received. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellation Window
Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order enters the production process and can no longer be cancelled. As each garment is made to order, we are unable to issue refunds or accept cancellation requests after this period.

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation when contacting us. Once your cancellation request is approved, a credit note equivalent to your order value will be issued. The credit note will be valid for 2 months from the date of issue.

How to Request a Cancellation

Refund on Cancellation
If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window and approved, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund. The credit note must be redeemed within 2 months from the date of issue. No Cancellation After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have elapsed from the time your order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated, regardless of the reason. Since every garment is uniquely crafted for you, it cannot be resold or repurposed once production has begun.
